I made vegan clam chowder again the other day, which was awesome because I had been jonesing for oyster mushrooms for ages before Ryan pointed them out at Whole Foods. Man, am I ready for market season.

I’m still a fan of the creamy, delicious, comfort-food style New England clam chowder, however, and I think that it’s especially fun with some celeriac!
