What Vegans Eat: 2013, Week 11, Part 2

To-night Ryan cooked again, so all that I had to do was mosey home from yoga, eat two helpings of ital stew, and make two proper gin and tonics to toast.

Life is good.

Ryan wanted curried roasted cauliflower something, almost certainly inspired by a cold plate at the wonderful Republic, our go-to restaurant/pub of choice here in Manchattan.

And I wanted ital stew, because when the Brussels sit for a few days, they take on a wonderful mustardy flavour. For more information on just why they taste like mustard, I offer the Triangle of U.
