More easy, hearty food!

Winter won’t let loose its frigid fingers ’round our throats here in New England, so we’re still cooking hearty, healthy food. And apparently will be for the foreseeable future.

Will we never have asparagus and snow peas!?

  1. First lunch: Ensalada de Lentejas Y Platanos (lentil and fried plantain salad) by Fork Fingers Chopsticks (via Google)
  2. Second lunch: Vegan chili (recipe to follow…sometime in the future)
