What Vegans Eat: 2013, Week 21, Part 2

To-night’s post is two lunches for which I’ve yet to post the recipe, because I hadn’t pictures. But now I have pictures! Recipes to follow.

The pesto is chopped by hand, instead of by food processor, which I highly recommend if you find that sort of thing as meditative as I do. And the pâté is by food processor, so everyone wins. Both are breezy summery things to throw together, which you’ll find a lot of around here over the coming weeks.

Vegetables and negligible time in the kitchen!? I think so.

But now, the laundry’s just gone off, I have about a million emails to reply, and we’re starting to do some last-minute scrambling for our vacation that starts Friday sharply at five. Or half four.
