What Vegans Eat: 2013, Week 28, Part 1

This is for Ryan, who did all of the cooking last night so that my only responsibility could be to stay curled up on the couch devouring The Fountainhead and feeling very dirty for it.

My Catholic guilt’s catching up with me, so I’ll be up late finishing some of the administrative tasks that I let slide last night. And then I’ll be in bed with my iPhone for a flashlight wondering what happens to…sorry—got distracted reading whilst trying to determine which character I wanted to know most about.


Anyway, thanks, Ryan, for cooking—I’ll hit you back tomorrow with something spicy.
