Here’s an update about the letter that I sent to VegNews in the wake of their meat-picture-filled magazine and website scandal. In my letter, offered to become a recipe tester and take pictures of my process for VegNews. Their reply was generic, but polite and proved that they’re moving in the right direction.

I offer to become a recipe tester and take pictures of my process for VegNews, since it seems like they’re too busy to do this themselves, and have resorted to filling their magazine pages with stock photo images of meat-filled, non-vegan images—sometimes photoshopping the bones, etc. out!
